Неплохой фильм, но не более. Режиссерский дебют актрисы Анжелины Джоли. Картина номинировалась на «Золотой глобус» как лучший иностранный фильм. На кинофестивале в Сараево картина получила специальный приз. Бюджет фильма составил 13 миллионов долларов.
